Have you considered lowering the memory allocated to integrated graphics in BIOS? If this setting isn’t available, the only way to increase RAM is by purchasing additional memory. The iGPU requires a certain amount of RAM to operate, and without adjusting that value, there’s no other solution.

I don't want to lower the memory capacity of my integrated graphics. Since that choice isn't available in my BIOS, I'll go ahead and upgrade my RAM. Thanks.
