I'm facing an issue with my 3600mhz RAM. It doesn't work properly at 3600 or even 3200mhz. No matter how I adjust settings in BIOS or use DOCP, it keeps crashing and shows error code 8d. My system is a Samsung B Die (Trident Z Royal 4 sticks, 32GB). Crosshair viii hero (Wi-Fi) motherboard with Ryzen 5 3950X. Anyone can help me figure this out.

Checking slots 2 and 4 for Ram. What frequencies, timing, and voltages have you experimented with?

I've tested it one stick at a time and used four sticks; the slot arrangement doesn't affect it. I also tried 1.4 volts, which worked for a day until the next morning when the PC restarted and crashed.

Yes, you can run that command in CMD. It will display information about the memory chips, including their speed details.
