Network noob here. Ok a little info : I live in a very rural area with poor ISP 25mb DSL ,but i only get 13-18mb with around 20-30ms ping. I recently got a cell phone service with around 30-60mb speed and 120ms avg ping , but it has slow usb tethering to pc about 11mb with 120-130ms ping. I bypassed TTL on pc and now im getting 40-50mb w/ 120ms ping on usb tethering to pc with my DSL ethernet disabled in windows. Here is where it gets weird: If i enable the dsl connection while still having cell usb tethered my pc's speed still stays at 40-60mb and its still using the cells tether according to Okla speed test but the ping drops to 30-35ms. So i am getting the best of both worlds the usb tethering speed with dsl's ping ms. Whats happening and can the cell provider tell that my ping ms is lower than it should be and should i keep dsl disabled so i get the speed but with the default higher ping ms? Thanks
