Hey there, just got a gaming PC for the first time. The specs are: 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 with 8 GB graphics. It’s not top-notch, but it should handle streaming fine. The motherboard has one HDMI and two display ports—probably because the antennas are built in. You’ll need to download the graphics card software since it’s a new setup. I’m wondering how to switch the PC to use the graphics card output, plus another HDMI and two display ports. Ideally, you’d want two HDMI connections and four display outputs, but right now I’m getting no signal when plugging in a monitor.
Yes, you're aiming to extract a display signal from both the graphics card and the motherboard. Could you confirm the specific CPU model you're using?
Your display needs to be plugged into the graphics cards ports, not the motherboards, typically when a graphics card is installed in a computer the iGPU ports(on the motherboard) are disabled. If you want to use both and your CPU has an iGPU you will need to enable the iGPU in Windows and also the Bios of your motherboard. To add, you did not list in your specs what processor you have, some processors don't have iGPUs at all so it's possible this is also the case with your system. Please list your CPU and we can let you know if what you want to do is even possible.
