what it tells us if it gets better is, that you might have a problem with the mouse or the USB controller. from there we can go and find a solution. but right now we are in the phase of finding the source of your problem. the mouse could be 1 or it is only the symptom of another problem. what I would do right now is go play BF5 BF4 or Bf1 There is a setting you can put into the command line of Battlefield that shows you how long it does take for I believe 1 frame. But what it does it has a graph for CPU and GPU. it is an indicator for where the problem might be. perfoverlay.drawgraph 1 is the command. If it is like your GPU graph is going over the roof. might be a problem comming from your GPU. It is just a indicator. t
The same problem continues on both my 2080Ti and the new 4090, so it seems the issue isn<|pad|>, not the GPU.
Restarted Windows and tried installing only the graphics and processor drivers, but the problem continues. Everything was unplugged yet the issue remained. A connected mouse worked after being unplugged, but plugging it back in didn’t help. It’s unclear what’s happening, but I’m still confused.
Could the problem stem from a power supply issue? This unit shows unusually high power consumption and you're using top-tier components.
