Your computer is behaving oddly and it's hard to pinpoint the issue. It sometimes won't power on but shows RGB and keyboard lights. Other times it starts but freezes on the BIOS splash screen. A few days ago it completely failed to turn on, so you took out the graphics card—it worked but kept restarting without opening Windows. Your screen occasionally goes black and the fans speed up, but a restart resolves the problem. DDU didn't help, even though it hasn't happened recently. At first you suspected a shorted GPU, but it usually powers on and functions most of the time. Now you're unsure since the PC sometimes just won't turn on at all. Please advise. P.S. The GPU temperature stays around 76°C, specs are listed.

It might be anything. You need to verify the CMOS battery on the motherboard, the BIOS system clock, the PSU (perhaps switch to a higher-wattage one), the SATA cables for the no-hotplug hard drives, RAM, and other components.

Have you made recent changes to the bios? Consider resetting the CMOS battery. Remove any RAM DCP/XMP overclock settings. This issue usually comes from the bios rejecting your RAM overclock. Try it and let me know if it helps.
