I've been using my PC for about a year and three months. It originally came with an older GPU, which caused some frame rate fluctuations—spikes up to the maximum FPS it could handle. I recently swapped it out for a new 4060 to test if that would help, but the issue persists. I've made several adjustments to the system, but nothing seems to resolve it. My current setup includes an Asus Msi 4060 with 8 GB RAM, an i9-10900k processor at 4.50GHz, a 64GB 3600MHz RAM module, a Patriot Viper Steel RAM stick, and an Asus B560M A-AC Pro motherboard.

No, I haven't tested any other monitors or capture cards yet.
