Remove the GPU and give it a try. Experiment with Windows repair tools like repair or sfc /scannow. If that doesn’t help, I’m not sure. Look up more information on the internet, perhaps you’ll find a fix. Also, restart the PC a few times—maybe it works at some point.

Thank you, I've nearly explored all options, but I believe I'll discontinue it. I plan to sell the system next weekend.
