Some of it, no.
If you wish to remove an outdated operating system from a storage device...
Locate and transfer it to another location, whatever personal information you need.
cmd
diskpart /clean
the entire drive.
Any other approach would require significantly more effort and is likely to fail.

I will start by unplugging the extra drives and see if Windows starts correctly. After that, I'll proceed with the remaining steps. Fingers crossed!
