You have a Ryzen 5700X3D processor, an RX 6600 graphics card, 32GB of RAM, and modern titles like Rust and Valorant are running smoothly at around 700 FPS. However, the 2D flash game Transformice is not behaving as expected. Although the in-game FPS appears stable, the game is experiencing significant stuttering. Someone can assist you in resolving this problem.

It's possible the GPU Direct X 9 titles won't work on it, which is likely due to a known DHA flaw.

I don't believe it's the problem because I used my old NVIDIA GTX 1650 and didn't see any significant change, plus I know someone with the same GPU runs the game without issues.

I conducted some research and discovered that Transformice was released in 2010 and requires Adobe Flash Player version 9.0 or higher. If you don’t have this software, downloading it might trigger security warnings from your browser, preventing access or damaging the download. Many systems struggle to run older games because they were designed for different hardware capabilities, so identifying the original release date and setting the correct compatibility mode is essential.

There is a dedicated launcher everyone relies on. I’ve used it myself, plus other options, but the visual performance issues remain consistent across platforms. I previously played the game smoothly on a PC with an i5 9400F and GTX 1650S, as well as on an HP Omen laptop.

It's unusual. A 5700X3D should completely defeat Transformice.
Verify your drivers: ensure all components (GPU, chipset) are current.
Turn off any overlays: Discord, GeForce Experience, etc., may cause problems.
Switch browsers: Test with Chrome, Firefox, or Edge instead of the one you're using.
Reduce system load: Stop any background applications.
If issues persist, it could be a compatibility quirk with your setup—consider reinstalling Transformice as a final step.

Operates smoothly on Windows 11 and RX 6600. The Steam version also functions well, using minimal CPU and RAM.

Yeah, I gave it a shot too. It could be a compatibility problem. I even ran it on my old GPU and it didn’t make any difference.

Usage never caused issues for me, FPS is also decent during in-game commands to verify. It's just that the game occasionally stutters, making it hard to play, particularly in competitive situations.

Adjusting the monitor's refresh rate to 120hz improves smoothness, but minor spikes still cause excessive jitter compared to 144hz. Attempts to cap FPS with RTSS have not resolved the issue.
