Hey everyone, I’m looking for some assistance here.
Lately my PC has been acting up—games run well for a bit before suddenly freezing, stuttering, and the audio spiking with distortion.
Temperatures look normal, and tweaking graphics settings or resolution hasn’t helped.
I’ve attached the HWinfo CSV file:
https://limewire.com/d/iZXl6#1Gy43kcbcx
Here’s what I have:
Processor: 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-11600K @ 3.90GHz (3.91 GHz)
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB
Storage: 932 GB SSD SHPP41-1000GM, 932 GB HDD WDC WD1002FBYS-05A6B0
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT (12 GB)
System: 64-bit OS, x64 processor
Any suggestions or support would be really useful.

Update BIOS to the most recent release available at the provided link. Install the latest GPU driver version 25.9.2. Modify the chipset and Intel management engine drivers, then apply the Intel update tool for all Intel-related drivers. Update the firmware of the P41 SSD and verify it through the Hynix dashboard. Download from ssd.skhynix.com. Eventually, attempt to move or delete files to free up approximately 250GB on the SSD, which may resolve the SLC cache issue since it typically uses 213GB but currently has only 100GB available.

You didn't list your PSU which could be the problem here. Specify all of your PC components properly and whether any of the components were troublesome before.

Superer 750W PSU Fully Modular, 80 Plus Gold.
It's a bit under a year old. The only problem I've faced before was with my previous PSU (pins broke and went to the GPU).

Stuttering results from a brief shortage of an essential component.
Typically the CPU is involved.
If your temperatures stay below 100°C, you’re not being throttled.
Verify the maximum temperatures listed in HWinfo.
With 32GB of RAM, it’s unlikely you’re experiencing significant page faults.
Examine the task manager or resource monitor for high hard fault rates.
It’s more probable interference from another application is the cause.
Turn off all monitors and sharing apps like Discord.
Scan for malware or automatic driver update tools.
Search your installed programs for unfamiliar entries.

It's not because your parts are outdated, but it was caused by a graphics card previously.

It seems your PSU might not be the issue. Consider testing the games on a different SSD to identify the problem area. Also, try switching GPUs to see if the 6700 XT is the cause. A memory leak might be involved, though it's hard to pinpoint.
