Hello, I'm starting Windows 11 for the first time and building this PC for the first time. At 7 a.m., I entered my registration key and kept going with the setup until the internet connection part appeared. The network was detected, but connecting via cable didn't work. I tried using the command prompt to bypass the registration, but I need to have no key registered. My motherboard is a Gigabyte x670 gaming x ax, and it's paired with a Ryzen 7700x. I think the issue might be with the internet driver. Do anyone know how to fix this? Also, if I want to install Windows 10 instead, how do I clear the Windows 11 setup files from my drive? Any advice would be really helpful.

You might wonder why they block opening Command Prompt after entering a product key. Just start from the Windows 10 installation disk and, during a Custom Install (not Upgrade), wipe all partitions on the target drive.

Thank you for the tips. Regarding OOBE/BYPASSNRO, it seems to show up when I enter certain characters, possibly because I used a keyboard shortcut.

Begin in Audit Mode and place your drivers there. Treat Windows as a professional environment rather than a home setup (Pro version of Windows 11 is necessary). For the first method: On the OOBE screen—where you’re prompted about internet, language, keyboard settings—press Ctrl + Shift + F3. This activates the same setup process used by brands like Dell, Acer, HP, etc., providing a standard desktop setup under a temporary local account. After installation, complete the System Preparation steps, then restart and return to OOBE for everything to function correctly. (Reminder: Customizing the desktop won’t be applied.) This approach avoids complicated app management and ensures proper system configuration. For the second method: Ensure you have Windows 11 Professional or newer. Choose the setup option labeled “Setup up to work or school,” then select “Sign-in option” and opt for “Domain Join” instead. This creates a local account for your use.
