A ready-to-use solution that doesn’t just function as intended? Unbelievable. These items usually undergo thorough checks before delivery. It looks like something went wrong during shipping—maybe a cable disconnected. I’ll reach out to their support team. Hopefully, it’s just a simple cable issue.
