my setup includes -Ryzen 5 2600, MSI GeForce GTX 180 GAMING 8G, ASRock b450m pro4 (supports RAM up to 3200), Corsair cmk16gx4m2b3000c16 2x8gb. My memory is 3000 MHz but it only operates at 2133 MHz. Increasing the speed causes a blue screen, and higher speeds trigger it more often. I’ve tried enabling XMP profiles without success. Currently I’m stuck at 2133 MHz and experience low frame rates in games like Apex Legends and COD Warzone. I usually stick to lower settings for smoother performance on my 144Hz monitor. Can I still boost RAM speed or should I consider replacing it? Also, I noticed my RAM isn’t listed in the QVL of my motherboard, which complicates things. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you enable XMP in BIOS, you notice a blue screen. You've already adjusted the speed settings between 2400 and 3000, but the issue persists. At speeds above 2800, the PC freezes instantly before showing a blue screen. Lowering the speed slightly improves performance for about half an hour before it crashes again.

Look at the specifications page and click on “support” to view the QVL RAM list (approved vendors). According to your board’s details, such as a Pinnacle Ridge model with a Ryzen 5 2600, the max supported speed is 2667 MHz. You can reach 3200 via overclocking, but this isn’t guaranteed and may not work. If you’re stuck, try using a DRAM calculator (like the one from TechPowerUp) to explore options.
