I'm having an issue with Fortnite.

I'm having issues with Fortnite. The game runs poorly, while other titles like Call of Duty Cold War perform smoothly at around 60 FPS. Fortnite drops frames and has delayed audio, and structures load incorrectly. Please help me. My system specs are: i5 2320, AMD RX 560, Patriot 120 GB SSD, 600W power supply, 10 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 RAM.
