The issue began unexpectedly after turning off the PC and returning later. Now I see a LED code of 65. I've tried swapping RAM sticks in each slot and reseating them, but it still doesn't work. I also reset the GPU, but the problem persists. It's happening randomly, and I'm currently removing the case. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Which motherboard are you using? Have you checked the documentation for code 65 on your board manual?

I own a gigabyte z690 AORUS Ultra V1 and I’m aware the CPU DXE initialization code is being triggered. All the chips are in the 63-67 range. I need to note that it will eventually power on, though it seems to activate randomly. I’ve checked the CMOS battery several times and it hasn’t helped.

It can occur when memory training is applied each time the system starts. Disable XMP temporarily during your tests.

Confirming the number is 65, not B6.

I observed that after installing the PC, it takes a long time to power up through several codes before finally reaching 65. I’m certain it’s 65 because the top line appears and there are no 50 codes in the manual. I’m unsure how to disable memory training if it remains active in BIOS or if Windows XMP is disabled.

Features a small indentation at the upper edge for the 6, and the manual does not list any 50 codes.

I can't attach images directly, but I can describe the LED code in detail or provide a visual representation if you describe it. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

I’m still having trouble getting it to start. I’ve replaced the CPU, RAM, GPU and reconnected everything. It works outside the case too, but sometimes it fails completely. It keeps trying to load defaults in the BIOS, which suggests something is wrong. Once inside the OS, I need to use the boot manager before the system starts.

I’ve found additional verified power supplies and cables that function properly. They still allow the VGA light to work and the code 65 time to isolate, indicating it’s likely a PC drive.
