The -41 errors just mean the PC stopped working suddenly.

The real issue might be something else. It doesn't necessarily point to the PSU.
I removed the driver from the uninstall app folder and then reinstalled the previous version. The PSU is two years old, and I obtained it during my build. I think it's not the latest model, but I updated recently. People keep saying it's your PSU, even ChatGPT, so that makes sense. It could be anything. I used to be the heat before, now I think it's a software issue.
I removed the driver from the location where you uninstall apps and other programs.
Use DDU in Safe Mode to delete all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia), then restart and install the newest driver from Nvidia's support site using an elevated command—Right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
I think it isn't the latest version, but I updated a few months ago.
For clarity, we should confirm the BIOS version.
I own an air-cooled 7950X paired with a Noctua NH-D15. During extended coding sessions, some CPU cores reach +95°C and remain in the mid-eighties. I identified crashes linked to Nvidia GPU current spikes that triggered OCP on my old ATX12 Gen2.x TX850M PSU. Upgrading to a new MSI A1000G Gen3.x PSU resolved the issue. The problem isn’t related to the 7950X overheating with an air cooler.
Upgrading to a more powerful AIO could enable my 7950X to run at slightly higher frequencies until thermal throttling resumes. I’m not sure if the original issue stemmed from the air cooler.
Modern CPUs push performance to the limit unless BIOS settings restrict it. Switching from air to liquid cooling usually helps a bit, but shouldn’t noticeably change peak temperatures during intense stress tests.
This is likely where our differences lie. I use Nvidia’s Studio drivers, which are reportedly more stable than their gaming versions.
I discovered a solution for my GPU issues while using the TX850M by running MSI Afterburner and setting max GPU power to 95%. It cut GPU dissipation by 10W from its maximum and stabilized the system. It might be worth experimenting with this approach.

Afterburner functions as a utility rather than a driver. Restricting the GPU maximum power in Afterburner could slightly reduce your FPS score. This is minor if the game remains playable and the PC doesn’t crash.
Regarding the Nvidia Studio driver, compatibility issues may arise with certain games. It seems Nvidial frequently updates the Game driver, which might conflict with the Studio driver. Since they can't test all hardware-software combinations, such conflicts could occur on your system.

The BIOS version listed on the support page doesn't match what you're using. Are you running BIOS version 7E12v1H? If so, you have pending updates. The newest is 7E12v1K7 (Beta). Ensure your motherboard's chipset driver is up to date, then update the BIOS and reset the CMOS.
If you think the problem comes from your power supply unit, consider borrowing a well-built PSU with the same wattage to test. There was a known issue with a certain batch of RM units in the Shift and e series. It might help to notify Corsair via email as well.
