Good temps usually range between 45°C and 60°C for gaming. Your CPU is at 44°C and GPU at 49°C, which seems within a safe zone.

There’s almost no variation between the minimum and maximum values. It might be that the lower temperature is unusually high or there’s an issue with the system starting up.
