So I mainly play League of Legends and Marvel rivals. Recently, my League performance has been poor, around 115 fps compared to the usual 144. On Marvel Rivals, it's between 90-110 at the lowest settings. I've adjusted many settings and even upgraded my GPU. When playing rivals, my GPU usage is about 50% and CPU around 80%, with temperatures under 60°C. In League, it's even lower, staying below 30%. I have an i7-9700K and a GTX 5060 Ti with 16GB RAM. Any advice would be great.

The game appears to require more CPU power than GPU. What is your current resolution setting? Also, what was the type of GPU you used before?

I use 1080p resolution and my previous GTX 1070 was refurbished. League of Legends is mostly CPU-intensive, yet the game's age means my PC is more than capable for it, using very little CPU power but still struggling to maintain a stable frame rate.

Execute Msi afterburner or another monitoring tool while gaming. Observe CPU and GPU clock speeds; they may decrease due to energy-saving settings from reduced activity.

Monitor system behavior through Task Manager and Resource Monitor.
Alternatively, Performance Monitor and Process Explorer (Microsoft, free) can be utilized for detailed insights.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint...s-explorer
Keep the windows open to observe changes as performance issues arise.
It may require some experimentation to understand each tool and its output.
The visual graphs are very useful.
