Help! I just upgraded my GPU from 2060 to a 3090. Now whenever I screen share in Zoom or Discord, my audio stutters. I've tried uninstalling apps, installing new GeForce drivers, reinstalling Realtek drivers, and even reinstalling Windows. I'm really confused and it's getting frustrating!

Check your processor and motherboard model. Ensure you have the most recent BIOS updates and chipset driver installations.

If your CPU struggles to match the 3090's performance, that could be the issue. As @191x7 mentioned, kindly share your complete specifications.

While I was typing this, I didn’t realize I needed to update the BIOS. After doing so, everything functions perfectly!!!!! Thanks a lot!
