My personal computer has been with me for several years, and from the moment I acquired it, its performance has consistently been underwhelming, even when running graphically simple games. Initially, during the Windows installation process, my brother inadvertently pressed a reset button on the computer’s casing. Could this action have caused an issue? Games like Destiny 2, Apex Legends, Fortnite, and Garry’s Mod frequently experience crashes after running for several minutes to a couple of hours, accompanied by error messages that vary significantly – typically resulting in freezing and a persistent looping audio track while I’m unable to interact with the application, often requiring a system restart to close it. Last year, I sought professional assistance to diagnose the hardware, but the technician determined that everything was functioning correctly. However, upon receiving the computer back, the crashes persisted. I’ve also conducted a Windows memory diagnostic test (yielding no errors), uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers, and implemented an updated antivirus program. If anyone can identify the cause of these problems with my computer, I would appreciate your input. Thank you.

GTX 970
16 GB Ram
ASRock Z97 Extreme4 motherboard
Intel Core i5

Something seems amiss. Is there a problem with the electricity in your house?

I'm unaware of any electrical issues, and my father and brothers are performing exceptionally well.
