Hello everyone, apologies if my English isn’t clear; I am from Peru and haven’t been able to find much relevant information about this issue in my native language.

I purchased a personalized computer system in January 2017 through Amazon, selecting the components via the website logicalincrements.com. Here is the specifications of my build:

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 at 3.70 GHz
RAM: BallistiX 4 GB DDR4 RAM (totaling 8 GB)
GPU: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
MOBO: ASUS H110M-K
PSU: Thermaltake Smart DPS G 600W

Some of the issues I’m experiencing may be typical for a system that is two years old, but others are consistently problematic and seem beyond what is considered normal. Specifically, in games such as Fortnite, Apex Legends, and Counter Strike: Global Offensive, I frequently encounter strange crashes – the game simply closes without warning, and the crash reports from these titles are often unhelpful, suggesting a highly unusual or undocumented error. Additionally, with almost every new game I attempt to use, I must troubleshoot issues related to .dll files.

Beyond gaming, I’m also experiencing problems with Windows 10, as I frequently receive blue-screen errors for no discernible reason. I previously attempted various solutions regarding the “MEMORY_MANAGEMENT” error code, but this isn't a constant issue; it can occur sporadically, sometimes leading to multiple blue screens within a week, while at other times it only happens once per week.

Therefore, I have two primary questions:

1) Should I seek assistance from a computer technician? I’ve already attempted formatting my hard drive and reinstalling Windows 10 twice, but these crashes and blue-screens persist after a period of time.
2) I plan to upgrade my PC in the future, but I am uncertain where to begin.

Use Google to find MemTest. Execute this tool and check for any problems with your RAM.

To troubleshoot potential issues, you could temporarily use just a single stick of RAM at a time and observe if the problems persist, which might indicate a defective module. You likely wouldn't want to play graphically intensive games with only 4GB present, but titles like CS:GO would probably work adequately.
