I'm encountering an HTTP Error 403 when trying to reach streetcheck.co.uk.
I am trying to access streetcheck.co.uk and getting http error 403- see below
Ok. I have tried other pcs in the home on the same internet network and they work fine as does my colleagues laptops at his home so it isn't do with the ISP or the website.
I get the same error on all browsers
: Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Opera.
I have disabled the firewall, disabled antivirus and all extensions and am the administrator on my pc. So far, all other websites seem ok. I have also run all scans- av and malware and all show everything as fine. Can any replies be straightforward please as I am not particularly techy. Thanks in advance. I am on windows 10 and it is up to date. Windows version windows 10 OS Build 19045.5608
Here is the error message:

HTTP ERROR 403
Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Have you attempted to clear your browser's cache and cookies?
Yes, I've tested multiple browsers as well. Being an administrator means all Windows updates are current. I'm unsure why this is occurring—it's not related to the internet, since other devices on the same network can still connect properly, and it isn't a website issue.
Consider using a complimentary VPN service.
For instance, Proton VPN Free is available at https://www.vpnbook.com/freevpn
restarted, deleted extensions, emptied cache and cookies, experimented with various browsers, used a VPN, but nothing functions.
however, I can still reach it on all my other devices connected to the same network.
The error shows the server accepted your request but denied access. I investigated a comparable issue before and found it caused by a faulty network driver interfering with packets. Typically, the client would request data, the server would reply, but the client would reassemble the packet wrongly and after several delays assume no response, then retry sending the same packet. After three attempts, the server stops responding. The solution usually involves updating the network driver on the machine or switching to a different network device. Sometimes the router itself is corrupting packets, requiring firmware updates. Occasionally, a problem exists at any hop along the path, so changing the server route might be necessary. This assumes the server wasn’t under maintenance when the request came in. It’s possible the issue stems from a Windows 11 update, and I’ve encountered this twice in the past two months without resolving it. The timeout setting on the server is around 300 seconds.
