Yeah, I didn't get a book for TC, only for OpenBlocks. I have found the hammer though, thanks! However NEI isn't letting me view the recipe for it. I'm pressing R while hovering over it, but it won't open recipe view. It works for items in my inventory though.

I encountered another issue! The redstone energy cells aren’t working with the quarry. I tried using combustion engines with oil and water, but they didn’t start either. I’m not sure what’s causing the problem. Please help!
I don’t understand why you avoid tutorials. I followed them myself.
