Hello, I’m facing some problems with my Asus GA35DX. It has a Ryzen 7 processor, X570 chipset, 64GB RAM, a 1TB SSD and a 3TB HDD, WiFi 6, a 750W power supply (with an Asus Tuf 3080 GPU), and a white light that sometimes won’t turn on. I got it yesterday. When I unplugged it from the USB dock with my keyboard and mouse connected, it started up—according to the manual I should have plugged it in there. I checked other ports too, but still no issue. I also tried updating drivers and still had the same white light problem. My game performance is poor, around 150 FPS on Fortnite with medium and epic settings. Additionally, my Microsoft Store is blocking app downloads and shows a “pending” status. The GPU fans aren’t spinning either.

I just noticed both at once and had to shut it down using the front button. After turning it back on, I still didn’t see any lights, yet my GPU fans were spinning at maximum speeds during an hour of play. IMG_0085.heic
