The distinctions are quite small.
I’d probably choose an ASUS, though I’m just a fanboy.
If you truly want to know which board is the best, search for a VRM B450 chart online and see what’s listed as the top one.
Also, verify the presence of PCIe slots or M.2 configurations, SATA ports, internal and external USB ports, and audio quality.
Still, it seems there isn’t a single model that stands out much more than the rest.

Hello, based on my experience, I can only speak about the Asus because I own one with an R5 3600 and have not encountered any reliability problems. However, I use a static multiplier on the CPU since auto mode causes significant voltage spikes that I dislike. On the other hand, I've managed to run OC up to 4GHz and 3GHz RAM with 2666MHz rated dual-channel memory. The custom fan software is somewhat unreliable, but overall it's a decent motherboard for its price.
