The CPU is working properly. I only increased the fan speed. The GPU seems to be the concern.

Prefer not to use Windows 10; Realtemp is a great alternative. Set it up to appear in the taskbar and move it via the popup menu.

Realtemp operates directly as an executable file, not requiring installation. Ensure a desktop shortcut is created for the EXE and launch it upon startup.
