Hello, I recently upgraded from an R5 5600 to an R5 7600X CPU build. After the change, I've faced several problems that I finally resolved. However, when I tried to play GTA V today, I realized my VRAM was only 16GB—unexpected since I have a 7900 XTX. I investigated and found my iGPU was being utilized unexpectedly. The tricky part came when I went into BIOS to disable it; it kept using the GPU in GTA. After re-enabling it, the system froze until I restored the iGPU settings. Could this be normal? Is it possible for both GPUs to be active at once? I noticed a warning about exceeding my VRAM limit on GTA, and I thought the issue wasn’t with the RAM but with the graphics. The specs I have are: R5 7600X with Peak Assassin cooler, B650 gaming, Wi-Fi, HyperX Fury Beast 5600 MHz (running at 4800 MHz under XMP), a 2TB NVMe SSD, Kingston storage for Windows, and a 4K monitor. Let me know if you need more details or images. Thank you for your help! Big Grin

You link your screen to the 7900XTX, not the main board, right? All your comments seem to contradict that.

Absolutely, I’d consider giving up on the PC hobby altogether if I could avoid that mistake. Here’s a proof from my webcam to back it up.

It's really strange I didn't refresh the GPU drivers after the big Windows reset yesterday, so I was still using drivers from 2022. Now it looks like my dedicated GPU is taking over—totally frustrating!
