I often face low RAM availability and I’d rather avoid that, which is why this upgrade matters. If speed improvements aren’t crucial, could I safely stick with 32GB from the 3200 and keep my existing 32GB from the 2800? I understand combining different speeds will slow everything down, but there are specific scenarios where a higher frequency could really help.

The system requires over 32GB because it needs extra space for performance and storage. If you need more, simply purchase additional memory.
