It’s the first time the Mesh system fails. Both Mk62 units display blue light and strong signal. On the ground floor with the router, Wi-Fi functions properly. Upstairs, with the satellite, it doesn’t work even though the signal appears on all devices. Websites load slowly or not at all—just a few bookstore sites. Other sites show errors like “website not accessible.” What’s going on?

It's tough to tell, but reaching out to your ISP could help. They might be able to check your modem from the other side or they could have an issue on their end. In my region, this usually happens a lot during fall when squirrels start nesting. They sneak into controller boxes and gnaw on the cables since they’re rodents. Often, broken parts from squirrels need removal and wires must be fixed.

It seems there might be a misunderstanding. The issue described involves poor internet connectivity despite a clear signal. Let me help clarify or explore possible solutions.
