Since getting my second monitor, Fortnite has had issues when moving the camera far right—sometimes the gun stops firing, ads appear, or scrolling fails with the scroll wheel. I replaced the mouse for other reasons and tried full-screen borderless mode. The temporary solution is pressing Windows key plus left click, though it doesn’t always help.
