I have a Ryzen 5 2600 boosted to 4.0 GHZ and a high-end RTX 2070 for gaming. Your Black Ops Cold War settings are at the minimum, Nvidia reflex is on and boosted, ray tracing and DLSS are off. FPS aren’t capped, and both GPU and CPU temperatures are around 50-60°C during play. You manage about 200 FPS in modern warfare, but it drops to 130-165 FPS in Cold War. With low GPU usage and CPU at about 50%, it makes you wonder if the game isn’t optimized for your hardware or if there’s another issue.
