You're not familiar with PC building, so I'm here to help. Will your Intel Core i7-3770K slow you down when using the Asus GTX 1660 Ti? With 16GB of RAM, that shouldn't be an issue. Check if your CPU is boosted and share your monitor settings like resolution and refresh rate. Also, tell me what graphics card you're using—overclocking it won't help much with PUBG.

The processor will determine the speed, but verify the results you're seeing before thinking about a replacement.
