Hey there, I'm facing a problem where most games except CSGO 2 aren't running. I've noticed errors with dx12 and the crashes have gotten worse—especially when trying Forza Horizon 4. I can't figure out if the issue is with my CPU or GPU. My system runs an AMD Ryzen 5 3200 or 3600, and my GPU is a GTX 960 (upgrade needed). It's been a while since I upgraded, and I'm not able to afford a newer card right now. The game keeps freezing and crashing in speed/drift zones.

no issues about delays were noted. the main concerns seem to be hardware problems, specifically the graphics card, memory, and processor. those are likely the biggest factors affecting performance.
