Hey everyone, I'm reaching out because I'm struggling with my Windows 10 setup. It experiences sudden and intense slowdowns that make the system nearly unresponsive. This occurs 1 to 5 times a day, without any clear warning signs beforehand. Symptoms include:

- All applications running at a fraction of their normal speed, like a stop-motion effect.
- File explorer, Chrome, and the Start window appear extremely slow, around 1 frame per second.
- The only solution is to restart the PC or leave it off for a while before turning it back on. A video below demonstrates the actual performance issues, not just a slow demo.

Additionally, this issue often appears during Premiere Pro editing sessions. It doesn<|pad|> to occur randomly after prolonged use, sometimes following a crash or while the project is still running.

System details: Dell XPS 9560 i7 with 16GB RAM, Samsung 970 Evo 2TB SSD. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
