Front USB-C connection on the case only provides power, not data transfer. USB-C functions properly. For the internal USB connectors, two appear to handle data while one seems dedicated to power, though I’m still unsure. On the motherboard’s back, most USB devices work, except for a couple that only deliver power. Steps completed: CMOS cleared, BIOS checked and updated, drivers refreshed using Snappy Driver Installer (older version kept for work), OS errors scanned with Windows tools and SFC/DISM (corruption found but fixed), all updates applied, removed every USB device to test individually, Device Manager reviewed for hardware issues. It’s worth mentioning that some USB ports on the back support power only, allowing charging but not reading/writing. The front USB-C works perfectly. I’ve been troubleshooting this for over two months and am considering a full motherboard replacement, which would be costly since I prefer upgrading to the latest model. If anyone has experienced similar problems or has suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Specs: Lian Li O11-D XL Asrock B560M Pro4 (Vers. 2.30): https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B560M Pro4/index.asp
11700K 4x8GB Corsair Venge RGB Pro 6x Corsair RGB fans via Node Corsair Node for RGB using internal USB 3x NZXT (non-LCD) TPLink Archer for WiFi/BT via internal USB NZXT (old-style, non-LCD) 360mm AIO - (for which the USB stays unplugged as it’s just for RGB control; this motherboard only has two internal USB ports). Wireless connectivity via USB dongles on Windows 11 (latest version).

No, I did not use the Snappy Driver Installer to set up the motherboard drivers.

Thank you for your response. I understand the request, but I didn't actually try to include everything. The update and driver installation came from the official support site as provided.
