Identifying Issues with FPS Stutter and Loss
Hey everyone,
Since setting up my new PC, I've faced recurring stuttering and frequent low FPS drops while playing games. I've tried almost every possible solution I could think of, but nothing has resolved the problem. I've been working with it for months and would really value any advice from others. I've changed the motherboard BIOS several times, updated chipset drivers, refreshed GPU BIOS, toggled XMP settings, adjusted voltage (staying at stock), updated GPU drivers, switched monitors, and tried numerous other things.
MBO: X570 Aorus Elite
CPU: 5800X3D
GPU: Gigabyte 4070 windforce OC
PSU: Seasonic 650watt gold
RAM: 32gb CL16 3600 Gskill Trident z neo
Storage: 990pro 2tb plus an HDD (games run on SSD)

I achieved a score of 34,904 in Fire Strike using an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 x 1, 32GB, 64-bit Windows 11.
www.3dmark.com also provided scores for comparison.
The RAM operates at its standard JEDEC frequency. To achieve optimal performance, activate XMP/DOCP settings within the BIOS of your motherboard.
Now that xmp is activated, proceed to execute the userbenchmark test once more.
