Hello, I recently assembled a new PC and experienced an unusual issue after about two hours of use. It abruptly shut down and then restarted repeatedly until I pressed the power button to halt it. Once turned back on, it displayed an error stating that Windows couldn't boot properly, which directed me straight to the BIOS setup. I didn’t make any changes during this process, and after restarting, the PC functioned normally. So far, this hasn’t occurred again.
Specs: Mobo ASUS TUF B450 Plus, Ryzen 5 3600, XPG 2x8 GB, 3200MHz, PSU 500W, Bronze 1660 Super XPG M.2, HDD with a few ARGB fans, RGB keyboard and mouse.
Do you know if XMP/DOCP is enabled in your BIOS? Which type of power supply are you using? When did the issue start?
I have DOCP which was initially set at 3200mhz but I lowered it to 3000mhz. The power supply unit is a Mexican brand called munfrost. I checked the area around the PSU in my case to see if it was hot, but it wasn't. I also used power-saving mode on my PC. Right now I'm playing League of Legends. Thanks in advance!

It's challenging without a backup unit. I'd start by setting the RAM to its default speed and testing one stick at a time to eliminate RAM issues. If the problem continues, it's likely the power supply unit. If you have another PSU available, use that to confirm the PSU. If not, I'd probably replace the PSU or check if you can return it for a different brand or model.
Not entirely confident, corsairs tend to perform well (except in vs), but PSU quality isn’t my best area. Here’s a solid ranking list though.
