Hi! I purchased ARGB fans with an extension cable to link them all together. The challenge is that each fan uses two cables: one for the next fan and another for the RGB connector. The RGB cables are 3-pin male, but my motherboard only has 4 pins, so a direct connection isn’t possible. I’m trying to find an extension cable that can plug into my board to handle the RGB setup. Could you help? Please see the photos—especially the fan and its connector. Should I look for something similar in the pictures, or would you recommend a more expensive RGB hub? Thanks! Your motherboard is an MSI B365M PRO-VDH.

You're using 5v ARGB fans but your motherboard only supports standard 12v RGB. The splitter you got isn't compatible, making it useless. You'll need to purchase a more costly RGB hub instead.
