Playing Halo CE Anniversary Edition on PC presents challenges in achieving consistent 60 FPS. In the second mission, mountains render a framerate in the 20s range. Monitoring with HWMonitor shows all six CPU cores reaching high usage (80%+) yet none stay at full capacity. It’s unclear if this indicates a CPU bottleneck. The motherboard and CPU are notably outdated compared to the GPU. To confirm, I should check if I’ve already performed such tests.

Even with an older Nehalem server running a 750 TI, the MCC works quite well. These are quite outdated titles, so it might just be a software problem rather than an issue with the hardware.

Consider adjusting Radeon settings beyond the MCC options you’ve explored. You might experiment with graphics profiles, power management, and display settings to optimize performance.
