Identify the main theme for your PowerPoint slide background.
You're trying to apply the "circuit" background in your PowerPoint slides, but you're not sure how to adjust the color so it's not completely black. You might need to tweak the fill color or use a lighter shade to achieve the desired look.
On the end of the ribbon, design options appear when you click the format background. Setting the fill color to black should provide the desired effect.
I had already done that. There is a way to get rid of the glow there, but it also gets rid of the circuit part.
