his issue is that his games frequently stop working after a short period in-game or even when starting up. This problem occurs across all titles, including Minecraft, Ghost Recon, Cyberpunk, and any game built with Unreal Engine. Software games typically remain stable, but he’s experiencing crashes regardless of the software. He’s using a 13th generation i7-13700kf processor and a GeForce 3070 Ti Plus with 32GB DDR4 RAM. We’ve attempted to resolve this by updating drivers for the graphics card and CPU, testing various Windows versions, overclocking both components, and adjusting their settings. If anyone has suggestions or solutions, we’d greatly appreciate your assistance! His system doesn’t even run Minecraft stable; it crashes shortly after launch. PLEASE HELP US!!

Instead of thermal paste, I’d be checking if they notice unusually high temperatures on the CPU/GPU. How quickly does the RAM operate? What is the PSU’s wattage and model? Are the FPS solid? How does the 3070ti 13700kf stack up against other similar PCs online in terms of gaming performance?

Begin swapping components. The simplest approach is to take out a RAM module and test it for a while.

I applied the thermal paste and CPU temperature stayed at 75°C during heavy load. FPS remained steady with no lag. The PSU is a premium model, details unknown yet—I suspect it might be a 1300W unit. I thought it could be a driver issue since we couldn't pinpoint anything else. Currently, we're swapping the two RAM sticks to check for improvement. Updates coming soon.

1000 w gold Corasir psu. The RAM comes from PNY, I can't locate the clock rate. We attempted to use just one of the 16 GB in the first slot but it froze. It has an ASUS Prime Z790-M Plus with 4

Attempted that but still got a blue screen. Thought about using MemTest86, but it looks too complex.

You start the device and step away, allowing it to operate for a long time.
