Hello! Your system specs sound solid for a high-end build. The 11400F and 3060 are great choices. The occasional freezes and stutters could be due to your games, performance issues, or even software bugs. Try updating drivers, closing background apps, or testing with lighter games to see if the problem persists.

Could be any number of causes. Depending on how frequently now-and-again is will determine if you really have an issue. Some games I'll get the occasional hiccup for unknown reasons. Could be the game or could be the OS doing something in the background. If it's happening with any regularity I'd make sure all drivers are up to date and do a clean install of the GPU driver. If that doesn't work you can start running various stress tests to see if any hardware is under performing. Are you running on a clean Windows installation? Given it's a brand new PC I'm assuming so, but just checking.

I researched the issue and found that Hitman 2016 often experiences freezing problems. The alternative game, Smite, is described as having a messy codebase.
