I've been adjusting my CPU speed to 4.55GHZ with the motherboard. The power supply is near 1.25V and I'm using a 360mm water cooler. During Cinebench runs it often reaches 95°C and crashes. No warnings appear, just a BIOS restart. When voltage is set to auto it drops to 1.3V, hits 105°C but doesn't crash. I stopped testing out of concern for the CPU. How can I maintain stable temperatures without losing performance? Any advice would be a huge help.

Avoid pushing AMD CPUs beyond their limits, as it can reduce their efficiency. Activate PBO and refer to this manual to adjust settings for optimal performance.
