Hello everyone. I've observed a green bar showing up on top of my YouTube videos recently, only a few days ago. I think my monitor—my 1080p TV at 32 inches—is possibly malfunctioning. Since I'm using a Ryzen 7 5700G without a dedicated GPU and connected via HDMI, it shows up in one video, vanishes for a few seconds, then reappears. Any suggestions? It definitely made a difference—it now appears unpleasant; I had to switch from 720p to 480p. Thank you for the help.

Consider purchasing a new monitor soon, since your eyes may not be comfortable with the 480p resolution.
