I have an HP ZBook Power 16" G11 Mobile Workstation with an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz adapter that is connected to the 5GHz Network band on my home Wi-Fi network. I'm using Plume Wi-Fi access points (SuperPod-AX) and one is positioned right outside my home office. My laptop is only getting internet speeds of approximately 149Mbps down and 51.3 Mbps up while my cell phone connected to the same network is getting 484Mbps down and 51.2 Mbps up. I'm not sure why my download speeds are so limited on my laptop compared to my other devices and am looking for ways to troubleshoot. I have the most recent drivers for the Intel wireless adapter and have used TCP Optimizer but nothing has improved. My other laptop gets 420Mbps down and 50.01 Up. I pay for 300 Mbps Down and 50 Mbps Up. Any ideas on why the new laptop is slower than all my other devices? Update (10/22/24): I ran HP's diagnostic tools and the wireless networking card failed the test. I'm chatting with HP now to see if the issue can be resolved through troubleshooting or if the hardware is faulty and the laptop needs to be replaced. Edited October 22, 2024 by SuitableEnd Update
