I just installed a new computer and when I downloaded my Steam games, some failed to launch. After extensive research and troubleshooting, I still can't resolve the issue. I understand that the problem relates to XNA, but I'm not sure why. I have the latest versions of DirectX, C++, XNA, and everything else. I'm using Windows 10 64-bit (though it's unactivated). I have a C drive and a D drive; maybe they're connected to the problem somehow. When opening a game directly from the folder, nothing happens except for two titles—TF2 and Duck Game. The Duck Game logs a crash, while TF2 shows an error message. Other games work fine. I've tried many solutions and would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

For Team Fortress 2, use a shortcut with launch options in the folder "[directory folder]/hl2.exe -game tf" to start outside Steam. If that fails, hl2.exe tries to launch Half-Life 2 but crashes due to missing files. The Duck Game is crashing because it can't find the necessary DLL; install the 32-bit DirectX DLL package and test.
