My computer is having issues with the keyboard and monitor, except for the mouse. I've tried several troubleshooting steps but the problem continues. System details: Gigabyte RX 570 i5-3570 with 1TB HDD, 16GB RAM, EVGA 550W PSU, Optiplex 7010, and I removed some components.

Updating the RAM and GPU, taking out the CMOS battery and keeping the power button pressed once the device is disconnected from all power supplies for 20 seconds.
