Hi, I just got my new PC built. It worked well until I attempted to install Windows. Around the middle of the setup, it crashed and shut down. After restarting, I saw a black screen with no keyboard or mouse. The motherboard also showed a CPU error light I hadn’t seen before. I tried resetting the CMOS, updating BIOS via USB, and checking all connections, but the LED stayed on and there was still no display or input devices. Do you think something is damaged? Could the CPU be affected? Thanks for your help!
