Hello... Your setup includes an i7 12700K, 32GB RAM, and a Gigabyte 512 Gen4 SSD. I see you're experiencing issues with boot options and delayed mouse/keyboard responses during login. Could you clarify the exact behavior you're seeing? Also, please confirm if you're using any specific drivers or updates.

You might still have leftover files from a prior setup you can choose again. If you face keyboard problems, especially with wireless connections, verify it connects to the ports listed in the manual—they take precedence and need initialization first. It may relate to Windows issues or programs launching at startup. On Windows 10 and newer, shared apps load ahead so only your personal workspace (desktop, user folders, custom apps) appears when logging in. Review your startup queue and scheduled services that run each time you restart. Many applications check for updates automatically on boot.

It was a brand-new SSD when I set up Windows inside it, and I haven’t installed any operating system yet. I didn’t see an option to remove the second entry. If I recall correctly, there was an update a few days after Windows 11, and then I noticed this keyboard and mouse problem.

During the BIOS check, I noticed three identical boot options; I’m confused about what caused this situation.

I updated the BIOS to the newest release and the multiple boot feature worked now.
